This fun demonstration workshop with Kasey Mills from Toro Bravo will inspire exciting new ways to prepare fresh, delicious summer garden vegetable dishes. Participants will learn new recipes and techniques. Participants will get to sample all of the dishes.
Presenter Information: Kasey Mills has been cooking in Portland for the last ten years. Working his way through kitchens like Fratelli, Fenouil and as the opening Sous Chef of Toro Bravo. Today Kasey runs the kitchen at Toro Bravo as the working chef. He pulls his inspirations from living in the Northwest, gardening and classic cooking techniques. When not in the kitchen Kasey love to do yoga and backpack in the Cascades.
